We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however should you change your mind for any reason then we will refund any items returned to us in the original, saleable condition within 30 days, starting the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.

Unfortunately we don’t offer a free returns service and the cost of returning your purchase to us must be covered by you.

You can return unwanted items with the completed returns form that accompanied your order.

If you do not have a returns form please make sure you put a note in your return parcel with your name, contact number and order number to speed up your returns process.

Returns are processed within 7 days of arrival to us and a refund or exchange (as requested by you) will then be issued shortly. Please be aware at very busy times such as New Year and following Bank Holidays, this processing time may be extended but will be no longer than 14 days.

Yes it is possible to have a different delivery address. Just add your preferred delivery address in the checkout.

On most of the product pages there is a pop up size guide. You will find the link to the size guide on the Home and Product pages. We have also included a ‘Best Fit’ Guide for ease of sizing. If however, you are still unsure don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
It depends on when you order and which products you have in your shopping cart. The estimated delivery date is always shown in the checkout and on your confirmation email. Many other brands have longer delivery time, which makes the delivery a bit slower, whereas Equestriana branded products can be delivered very quick. Please call us if you require a faster shipping time and we can retrieve a quote for you.
Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. We stock most of our own branded items in our own warehouse.
