We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however should you change your mind for any reason then we will refund any items returned to us in the original, saleable condition within 30 days, starting the day after the day on which the goods are delivered.
Unfortunately we don’t offer a free returns service and the cost of returning your purchase to us must be covered by you.
You can return unwanted items with the completed returns form that accompanied your order.
If you do not have a returns form please make sure you put a note in your return parcel with your name, contact number and order number to speed up your returns process.
Returns are processed within 7 days of arrival to us and a refund or exchange (as requested by you) will then be issued shortly. Please be aware at very busy times such as New Year and following Bank Holidays, this processing time may be extended but will be no longer than 14 days.

When returning a product to us from outside the UK please state on the parcel ‘UK RETURN all tax and duties paid’
Any returns, where this information has not been made clear, and taxes and duties have been charged, will not be accepted by us. It is the customers responsibility to clear these charges. Please see our returns policy for more information.
If the order has not yet been shipped we can still change the delivery address. Please contact customer service for help at sales@equestriana.co.uk . NOTE: We aim to pack all orders as soon as possible, so we recommend contacting customer service at your earliest convenience.
